Por sua vez, o Dr. Radi Hammad, chefe de medicina preventiva e setor de saúde pública, que o programa representa uma mudança qualitativa no treinamento de quadros técnicos em fundações científicas avançadas, a fim de aumentar a capacidade do sistema de saúde egípcio de lidar com eventos de saúde pública à luz das mudanças climáticas.
