I wrote- Suha Mamdouh: Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, arrived in the Sultanate of Oman, accompanied by the Ministry’s officials, to participate in the opening of the Oman Real Estate exhibition and conference and the twentieth design and construction week held in the city of Muscat, in the presence of His Highness, Balas Arab bin Haitham bin Tariq Al Said, and Dr. Khalfan al-Shuaili, Ministro de Habitação e Planejamento de Omã, com o objetivo de revisar a experiência urbana no Egito, o sultanato de Omã, e o aumento das estruturas de cooperação.
Engineer Sherif El -Sherbiny expressed his appreciation for the warm reception and hospitality, and his happiness with his participation in the exhibition and the conference, which is an opportunity to exchange experiences and develop the mechanism of work in the real estate sector, whether in Egypt or the Sultanate of Oman, stressing the keenness to share the Egyptian urban experience with the brothers in the Sultanate of Oman, as well as consolidating medical relations with Os irmãos do sultanato de Omã.

Engineer Sherif El -Sherbiny stressed the provision of full support to Egyptian companies specialized in infrastructure projects or real estate developers from the Egyptian private sector, who are in the Omani real estate conference and exhibition, pointing to the Ministry of Housing’s keenness to create investment opportunities for developers and real estate investors, expressing his happiness with the participation of developers and real estate investors from Egypt in the Omani real estate market in light of O Renascimento Urbano testemunhado pelo sultanato de Omã e seu ser, e sendo parceiros de sucesso no mercado imobiliário de Omã.

Durante os eventos, Eng. Sherif El -Sherbiny testemunhou a cerimônia de assinatura de um acordo entre o Ministério da Habitação e o Planejamento Urbano de Omã e o Talaat Mustafa Group, para desenvolver dois projetos, um imóvel e outro turista, a oeste da capital do Sultanato de Omã, Muscat, com investimentos totais de 1,5 bilhão de imóveis (cerca de 3,9 bilhões de dólares).
O acordo foi assinado pelo Dr. Khalfan Al -Shuaili, pelo Ministro de Habitação e Planejamento Urbano de Omã e pelo Sr. Hisham Talaat Mustafa, presidente do Conselho de Administração do Grupo de Desenvolvimento Imobiliário de Talaat Mustafa Muscat.
