Ela relatou que, para atingir os objetivos desejados, essa agência trabalhou para “adotar uma abordagem participativa renovada baseada no planejamento urbano estratégico, reconstrução sustentável, sugerindo soluções inovadoras e confiando na tecnologia moderna para garantir um gerenciamento racional de campos, a fim de alcançar o equilíbrio desejado entre desenvolvimento econômico, expansão urbana e preservação de recursos ambientais”.
